Cole County Missouri property records GIS and mapping tools

The GIS system is free to use and does not require a subscription. It covers all of Cole County, including Jefferson City and the surrounding rural areas. This tool is helpful for getting a visual sense of where a property sits, checking nearby parcels, and identifying section-township-range information. However, GIS data is for reference only and does not replace a formal survey or title search.

Note: GIS maps may lag behind the most recent property transfers recorded at the Cole County Recorder's office.
